To ensure this commitment, we look to recruit the most qualified and competent individuals available to us. The hiring process at The Memorial Hospital includes one or more interviews and obtaining favorable references. If you are offered a position, you must successfully complete the pre-placement health screening before starting work. In addition, no individual can start work without proof of employment eligibility. A pre-employment screening including criminal history record, the NH Patient Abuse Registry record and motor vehicle and driver record, if applicable, will be required. You can expect to receive confirmation of employment not before four working days from your interview. This minimum time frame allows The Memorial Hospital to fulfill its responsibilities in choosing qualified and competent employees.
